Judge in Brein case can stay

Tuesday 10 April 2012 | 19:13 CET | News

The request to take the judge off the case was rejected. T-Mobile NL, Tele2 and KPN made the request, saying the judge was biased after sitting on the case between Brein and XS4ALL/Ziggo.
