Judge offers Google more time to respond to subpoena

On 22 December, US District Judge Henry T. Wingate in the Southern District of Mississippi issued a stay providing Google two additional months to respond to what it called an "enormously burdensome" subpoena from Jim Hood, the state's attorney general, reported The Wall Street Journal.
