Jumia ex-CEO Doutte quits to join Talabat

Investors in e-commerce company Jumia are facing a potentially anxious time over the exit strategy of its founding members amid news that former CEO Jeremy Doutte has quit, ThisDay reported citing what it called a highly placed source. Doutte spent eight years at Jumia in a number of positions including CEO, MD, and executive vice president (EVP) for its marketplace operations.
