Kabel Deutschland appeals Tele Columbus cartel decision

Kabel Deutschland has filed an appeal against the cartel ruling blocking its proposed takeover of Tele Columbus, Dow Jones reports. The high court in Duesseldorf will decide on the matter. The federal cartel office had asked Kabel Deutschland to sell large parts of Tele Columbus' operations in order to gain approval, but Kabel Deutschland said the takeover no longer made sense if it lost so much of the company.
