Kacific completes first mobile backhaul test on Kacific1 HTS satellite in Pacific Islands

Kacific Broadband Satellites Group reports it has successfully conducted "the first Geo-Stationary Ka-band mobile backhaul test in the Pacific Islands". The 10-minute call between Kacific CEO Christian Patouraux in Singapore and a large mobile operator in the Melanesia region used the recently launched Kacific1 HTS satellite.
