Kamp notes little backing for NL position on net neutrality

A ban on zero-rating, where operators waive data charges for certain services, such as Spotify or Facebook, does not seem feasible, Dutch Minister of Economic Affairs Henk Kamp wrote to the Lower House of Parliament. Kamp and his EU counterparts will meet on 12 June to talk about roaming and net neutrality. The Dutch government does not support the compromise proposal on net neutrality, but is satisfied with the agreements made on roaming.
