Kan named non-executive chairman of Cellnex

The Board of Directors of Spanish operator Cellnex Telecom, Europe's largest mobile towers company, has agreed to appoint Bertrand Kan as non-executive Chairman of the company, replacing Franco Bernabe, who stepped down for personal reasons earlier this year. The company also confirmed that Tobias Martinez would maintain his responsibilities as CEO.
