Kantar, Ipsos to provide new cross-media audience ratings in Netherlands

Kantar and Ipsos have won a tender to provide new media audience research in the Netherlands. The contract for the National Media Research was awarded by SKO, NLO, NOM and Vinex to measure TV, radio, print and online audiences using new standards.
