Kaspi Pay to acquire Ukrainian payment system Portmone

Kazakhstan company Kaspi Pay, a subsidiary of the Kazakhstan fintech company Kaspi.kz, has agreed the acquisition of Ukrainian payment system Portmone. Kaspi.kz plans to acquire 100 percent of the company and expects to complete the deal in the fourth quarter of this year. Portmone also offers mobile payments, including top-ups of mobile balances.
