Kazakh operators encourage internet customers to use state security certificate

Kazakhstan operators have issued statements encouraging their internet subscribers to download a special security certificate designed by national, state institutions. Subscribers of Beeline Kazakhstan, Kcell, Tele2 Kazakhstan have been informed of the need to download the certificate.
