KDDI launches 'Family Discount Plus' offering

The 'Family Discount Plus'service offers discounts on monthly charges for families that join eligible service plans, with larger discounts for more family member subscriptions. Under this campaign, KDDI will offer a JPY 500 reduction in charges for families with 2 subscribing members, and a JPY 1,000 monthly discount when 3 or more family members sign up to the KDDI service. According to KDDI, when used in combination with au Smart Value, a family with 3 or more members subscribing can save a total of up to JPY 2,000 per month.
