KDDI, Mawari to launch 'Digital Human as a Service' using AWS Wavelength

KDDI and Mawari will launch a Digital Human as a Service (DHaaS) this December. The service leverages the ultra-low latencies enabled by AWS Wavelength. This proof of concept features a multilingual, Digital-Human Guide which provides indoor and outdoor wayfinding services in Ginza, Tokyo, all delivered with AWS Wavelength and the KDDI au 5G Network.
