Kenya Revenue Authority seeks public views on new e-commerce tax

The Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) has invited taxpayers to submit their views on the newly introduced Digital Service Tax (DST). E-commerce providers, tax professionals and the general public may submit remarks by post or e-mail until 24 August. The regulations are due to take effect on 01 January 2021.
