Kerlink to accelerate expansion in Asia and North America

French company Kerlink, a provider of network services dedicated to the IoT, said that the funds raised by the capital increase launched on 21 April will be used to accelerate its expansion into the Asian and North American markets, supported by the company's subsidiaries in Singapore and Chicago. Approximately a year after its initial public offering, Kerlink announced on 12 May to have raised an additional EUR 20.7 million from its recent second offering, which was largely oversubscribed.
