KIGEiT issues statement on EC regulatory impact assessment

The Polish association of alternative operators, KIGEiT, has published a statement on the European Commission's document Impact Assessment Review of the Regulatory Framework for Electronic Communications. KIGEiT does not agree with easing current regulatory obligations on SMP (significant market power) operators and implementing symmetric regulatory obligations on alternative operators. KIGEiT does not share the opinion that the de-regulation would act as an incentive for investments in NGA networks.
