The managing director of the Post and Telecom of Kosovo (PTK), Agron Mustafa has made the first call using the new country dialing code + 383, reports RTK. He said that, with the implementation of the new dialing code, Kosovo will drop the old mobile telephony dialing codes, while the landline dialing code +381 will disappear by the end of the year.
