KPN allowed to keep unlimited Spotify data contracts

Wednesday 22 July 2015 | 13:32 CET | News
KPN has received regulatory approval to allow customers to serve out their 'Eindeloos Spotify' contracts. KPN stopped selling the contracts in May, following its decision to stop marketing the Hi brand, but customers who signed up before then to two-year contracts can continue with the same terms. Since 15 May, new rules apply for net neutrality that prohibit internet access providers from charging different data tariffs for specific services, even if the services are sold separately
