KPN, APG fibre joint venture cleared by competition regulator

The Dutch competition regulator ACM has cleared KPN's proposed FTTH venture with pensions manager APG. With no overlap in the companies' activities, the joint venture should not impact competition in the market for building and managing fibre networks, the ACM said.
