KPN brands score higher NPS than Ziggo in triple-play market

KPN's triple-play customers are more likely to recommend their provider than customers of rival Ziggo. According to the latest research by Telecompaper, KPN has a net promoter score of 23, compared to negative 2 for Ziggo. Customers recommend KPN especially for its reliability and the quality of its connections, while Ziggo's detractors were more concerned with price.
