KPN disagrees with ACM fibre market study, rejects proposal for first-mover advantage

Friday 18 October 2019 | 16:02 CET | News
KPN said it disagrees with the conclusions of an ACM study into the Dutch fibre market. The operator wants to convert its entire fixed network to fibre, apart from in outlying areas, and said it could not be avoided that it would sometimes be active in the same areas as competitors rolling out. The company also disagrees with the ACM's proposal to favour first-movers in local areas.
