KPN in talks with different investors

KPN has several meetings scheduled with investors ahead of its possible rights issue, one of the banks involved in the matter said. The meetings will all take place in Europe, running from 28 February to 4 March. The banks involved in the future transaction include Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs and JP Morgan. KPN wants to raise EUR 4 billion worth of capital. The operator said it will use the money to reduce debt and invest in new activities.
