KPN invests EUR 10 mln in Verwaayen-led venture fund

KPN Ventures, the investment arm of Dutch operator KPN, has agreed to invest EUR 10 million in a new technology investment fund set up by KEEN Venture Partners. The new fund will provide early growth capital for technology companies with strong momentum across Europe, with a particular focus on innovation hubs in the UK, Netherlands, Sweden and Germany. In addition, the fund will consider North American-based technology companies looking to expand into Europe.
