KPN launches remote ECG service for doctors

KPN announced a partnership with Vital10 to develop remote monitoring services for heart patients. The service will provide ECG readings using CardioSecur, a mobile ECG system in which KPN Ventures has invested. A GP can use the device to check a patient's heart and share the results with a cardiologist participating remotely in order to ensure the correct diagnosis or treatment.
