KPN leads telecom online customer service rankings in Netherlands

KPN provides the best online customer experience among telecom operators in the Netherlands, according to a report from WUA. The incumbent operator achieved a score of 67 in the tests, followed closely by T-Mobile Netherlands and Simpel just one point behind. Last year Hollandsnieuwe was the winner in the telecom rankings.
