KPN looks to maintain over 45% share on Dutch mobile market

Marco Visser presented KPN's strategy for the Dutch mobile market at the company's investor day. The main goal is to maintain the operator's market share over 45 percent, versus the current 47 percent. KPN wants to create value on the Dutch mobile market by adjusting its strategy on three fronts: answering the changes in consumer behavior, defending market share, and becoming more customer-focused.
