KPN outlines new strategy with customer central

KPN has outlined a new marketing slogan and details of its strategy, in a presentation by CEO Eelco Blok. 'KPN doet 't gewoon' ('KPN just works') will be its new marketing slogan from 01 August, as part of a plan to focus more on the customer experience and improved services provision. Selling points will include a customer help line available free 24/7 and money-back guarantees in the event of services disruptions. In the meeting with analysts, Blok also outlined ongoing restructuring plans, including staff reductions, outsourcing activities and the possible sale of some units such as
