KPN proposes Van de Aast as new chairman

Dutch operator KPN has proposed Gerard van de Aast as its new chairman, succeeding Duco Sickinghe from the AGM in April 2022. Sickinghe will step down as chairman of the supervisory board after completing a second term next year, while Van de Aast joined the board already in April this year.
