KPN put EUR 153 mln into acquisitions last year

The acquisitions resulted in EUR 36 million worth of extra revenue, EUR 3 million worth of extra EBITDA and a contribution of negative EUR 2 million to the net profit. Had these acquisitions been made at the beginning of 2017, revenues would have been higher by EUR 66 million, the EBITDA up by EUR 4 million and the net profit down by EUR million. The annual report also shows that KPN has sold its share in the Spanish ICT service provider Tecnocom to Indra Sistemas for EUR 38 million, generating a book profit of EUR 30 million. This share was set as an asset for sale in the 2015 annual report,
