KPN reassures wholesale partners copper network access is 'unconditional'

KPN wants to reassure wholesale partners about its broadened voluntary offer for access to the copper network. The operator made the statement on its website for buyers of wholesale access. Some market parties have expressed some uncertaintly here but KPN said the offer is unconditional.
