KPN replaces technician visit with intake form for FTTH planning

Dutch operator KPN is changing its fibre roll-out, so homeowners can help more with the planning for new connections. Rather than sending a technician to each home to identify the best place for the FTTH connection, the company has developed an 'intake' form for residents to fill in with the necessary information.
