KPN Residential Q2: drop in voice, broadband, growth in TV

KPN's Consumer Residential division recorded revenues of EUR 476 million for the second quarter, down 0.8 percent year-on-year. Traditional telephony fell 21 percent to EUR 63 million, and broadband and VoIP services were down 2.1 percent to EUR 237 million, while TV grew 3.6 percent to EUR 58 million, and FTTH was up 22 percent to EUR 84 million. The number of fixed-line users, traditional and VoIP, fell by 22,000 to 2.60 million, with a loss of 43,000 PSTN lines offset by 21,000 additional VoIP customers. Broadband customers fell by 7,000 to 2.73 million, as the loss of 18,000 DSL
