KPN, Robin Mobile accused of net neutrality violations

The Internet Society has filed a compliant against KPN at the competition regulator ACM for violating net neutrality regulations at its units Simyo (mobile) and Planet (fixed internet). The MVNO Robin Mobile is also targeted in the complaint, Webwereld reports. The complaint follows a six-month test by end-users of an app from the Internet Society to check whether the operators were respecting the rules and not blocking or throttling specific applications or services.
