KPN sees growth in consumer market from bundling, IPTV

KPN has outlined its strategy for the consumer market at its Capital Markets Day 2016. This year it will combine its fixed and mobile activities in a single Consumer division. The household will form the basis for delivering services. KPN aims to provide a stable fixed line for reliability connectivity at home, as well as a growing portfolio of smart home/smart life solutions for security, comfort, health and entertainment. This should lead to selling more services (RGUs) per household and higher ARPU per household.
