KPN sells consulting ops to Cegeka

KPN has agreed to sell its KPN Consulting business to Belgian ICT services provider Cegeka for an undisclosed amount. The company said the deal is in-line with its strategy to simplify operations and put its attention on a converged portfolio in Business Market. Proceeds from the transaction will go towards increasing operational and financial flexibility.
