KPN starts quota system for women directors again

KPN will once again introduce a quota system for women in senior positions. The company stopped with a similar policy six years ago. Now, it appears that less than a fifth of the highest management positions are occupied by women. That should be at least a third, according to the recently appointed CEO Maximo Ibarra, speaking in the new internal KPN publication 'De Max'. The quota will be at 30 percent.
