KPN supervisory board members to have more sector expertise

KPN's supervisory board has performed well, working successfully with the management board, according to an independent study commissioned by the supervisory board in 2012. The study, mentioned in KPN's annual report, had a generally positive conclusion, De Telegraaf reports. The board has decided to meet regularly without the presence of the management board. It also plans to pay more attention to sector-relevant expertise when appointing new members of the board.
