KPN to adopt consumer credit rules by start of 2017

KPN will complete the update of its commercial practices to comply with the Law on Financial Regulation from the start of 2017, according to Chief Commercial Officer Frank van der Post, speaking at the Telecompaper conference in The Hague. KPN will be among the first in the telecom sector comply with the credit regulations, prior to the regulator AFM starting enforcement in the telecom sector next year, the CCO said.
