KPN to end wholesale ISDN service over ADSL

KPN has confirmed an end-date of 01 March 2020 for its WBA ADSL ISDN and ADSL2+ ISDN services. The decision to change its wholesale broadband access offer was agreed in the WBA/WEAS task force for discussions with wholesale customers.
