KPN to shake up supervisory board

KPN will be shaking up its' supervisory board, according to the agenda for the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on 10 April 2013. The company plans to name Marike Van Lier Lels, Rob Routs and Derk Haank to the board. The supervisory board is made up of eight members. Four members, namely Ton Risseeuw, Van Lier Lels, Routs and Haank are reaching the end of their four-year terms. Manfred Bischoff will also resign from the board, citing other commitments, after ten years. Major shareholder America Movil (AMX) will also name two executives: CFO Carlos García Moreno Elizondo and COO
