KPN to stop mobile call transfers

Tuesday 21 March 2017 | 09:07 CET | News
KPN announced that it will stop offering call transfers for mobile customers, from 15 April. Customers can no longer put calls received on hold while they call another number to receive the call. They will still be able to set up group calls with two other numbers. If one person hangs up, then the connection is also broken for the other two. Call forwarding is also still possible; for example when the phone is turned off, calls can be routed to another number automatically.
