KPN union members approve collective agreement

Union members have approved the new collective agreement with KPN, the operator announced. The new agreement runs until the end of 2017 and will provide a general salary increase of 3.5 percent over the period. It also covers investments in the availability and labour market value of employees, KPN said. In addition, it outlines the protocol for any mass redundancies in the period.
