KPN users most satisfied with indoor mobile coverage

Just over a third (34%) of Dutch mobile users are very satisfied with the indoor coverage of their mobile providers. KPN users are the most satisfied, at 37 percent, according to data from the Telecompaper Consumer Panel. Overall, 85 percent of mobile users said they were satisfied or very satisfied with indoor coverage in a survey in May this year, up from 82 percent in the same survey in November. The percentage 'very satisfied' showed a stronger increase over the same period, from 19 to 34 percent. Those 'very unsatisfied' fell to 2 percent from 7 percent in November. T-Mobile and Vodafone
