KPN Ventures invests in security company EclecticIQ

KPN Ventures announced an investment in the Dutch cybersecurity company EclecticIQ, as part of a Series A financing round raising in total EUR 5.5 million. Inkey Capital also participated in the round. The Amsterdam-based company will use the money to expand in new geographic markets and sectors. Previously EclecticIQ had raised EUR 2 million in seed funding. Started in 2014, the company provides security software to help large companies in sectors such as financial services and government protect critical infrastructure. It collects, analyses and processes information about security threats.
