KPN Wholesale changes SDF backhaul service offer

Tuesday 16 June 2015 | 16:19 CET | News
KPN Wholesale announced changes to its SDF Backhaul service from 26 June. In areas without sufficient fibre free, the operator will start to offer SDF backhaul with just one fibre instead of a pair. The price is the same as for a fibre pair. KPN is technically required to announce such changes at least two months in advance. Customers who oppose the reduced time of notification can file a complaint by 22 June. If no complaints are received, the new service will be introduced from 26 June as planned. If there is opposition, implementation will be delayed until 17 August.
