KPN wins appeal against remaining fixed telephony regulation

KPN has won an appeal against the remaining regulations in the fixed telephony market imposed by the regulator ACM. The ruling by the corporate appeals court (CBb) means the regulations decided in 2017 will no longer apply from 01 April 2019.
