Kroes words suggest support for 'internet toll' - GroenLinks

Dutch Green Party GroenLinks said Eurocommissioner Neelie Kroees was taking a dangerous position on net neutrality. The party made the statement after Kroes answered a number of questions during EuroParliament, and talked about a "best effort" internet and "managed services". GroenLinks said the the statement suggests Kroes has put her support behind a proposal by the TNO (European Telecommunications Network Operators), the industry group for telecom incumbents.
