KT acquires Epsilon Telecommunications

South Korean operator KT has acquired Singapore-based Epsilon Telecommunications for an undisclosed amount. Global connectivity provider Epsilon Telecommunications aims to enable businesses to connect applications and data around the world and in the cloud. The acquisition blends Epsilon's international networking services with KT's telecom services, customers, leadership, and resources.
