KT adds 1.4 million 5G subscribers in 2019

South Korean operator KT saw its fourth-quarter operating revenue grow 3.4 percent year-on-year to KRW 6.19 trillion. EBITDA jumped 18.8 percent to KRW 1.07 trillion. KT turned to net loss of KRW 6.8 billion in the fourth quarter of 2019, from a net profit of KRW 213 billion in the previous quarter, and KRW 18.1 billion in the fourth quarter of 2018.
