KT nominates Hwang Chang-gyu as CEO

South Korean communications carrier KT has nominated Hwang Chang-gyu as its new chief executive. Hwang, who is expected to be officially named KT CEO in January, previously led Samsung Electronics, the JoongAng Daily writes.
