KT to demo 5G service in autonomous car during Paralympic Games

South Korean operator KT will demonstrate its 5G mobile service in a self-driving car during the upcoming PyeongChang Winter Paralympic Games, Yonhap news agency reports. KT plans to showcase vehicle-to-infrastructure communication for real-time video streaming and video calls by implementing 5G mobile services in a rear-seat entertainment system in Hyundai Motor's fuel cell electric vehicle Nexo.
